Breaking News - 24 Hour Race Gets Go ahead

MK Council Planners voted unanimously for planning consent for  Daytona's 24 Hour Race on 19th and 20th September 2009.

Daytona is delighted to confirm that Milton Keynes Council Planning Committee unanimously voted to give consent to the Daytona 24 Hour Race planned for September.

The race, open to both DMax and Prokart teams, will be held over the weekend of the 19th and 20th September 2009.

Team Price  DMax - £2500.00 Inc VAT  Pro Kart - £1500 Inc VAT

Teams of up to 10 drivers (minimum 2 drivers)

Provisional Timings

Saturday 19th September

·         07:30 - Arrival and Video Briefings(bacon rolls & tea / coffee available)

·         08:30 - Official Pre-Race Briefing

·         09:30 - 11:00 Mixed Practice

·         11:05 - 11:15 Qualifying PROKART

·         11:20 - 11:30 Qualifying DMAX

·         12:00 - Race Start

Sunday 20th September

·         12:00 - Race Finish followed by awards ceremony

The Pavilion will be open throughout the event to provide all catering needs. Tents may be pitched for free around the Pavilion. Daytona have negotiated preferential rates at Jurys Inn Hotel - or teams can hire a winnebago or american trailer for the weekend. Contact us for more details.
